I am so excited to report that I am down 98 lbs since my first dr visit last Oct. 78 since my surgery and 20 before surgery. My dr was very pleased and I go back to him in one year. I still have 3 month NUT apts for B 12 shots..

I am doing better with upset stomach and am slowly retrying foods that didn't agree with me earlier. Some work better now!

I want to THANK all of you for your friendship and help in this wonderful group!
