This is a great little download/program (inexpensive and there's a free trial download) that you can journal, log inches, weight and more.  It also is customizable for foods you like and can do your nutrition analysis and tracking.  Great little tool for your PC or Palm either one.

I use this one all the time.  Actually have it on my PalmOne and love it.  Although it does not have a diet specifically designed for our High Protein/Low Carb needs...it does have an awesome tracking system for our meal plans, weight loss, and measurements (for the times we're on plateaus).  I love that it translates all these things into handy charts also...and it is sooo easy to use...even a dumby illiterate like me got it downloaded all by myself!!

Hey Shar:

Did you know you can add your own food preferences to it for the nutrition calculations?  That's one of the features I love about that one.  How cool that you keep it on your PDA so you can do your input on the spot!
