| First congratulations. A baby is a wonderful thing. Second, Eat as nutritiously as possible remembering to concentrate on your protein. Take all of your supplements. Remember that you are supposed to gain some weight now. Just be sure you get your excercise, a lovely walk of an evening or a stroll around the mall will do wonders for you. Best wishes to you.

| Yes, I can imagine it is a little overwhelming. Try to remember not to graze. Eat your protein. Keep your hands busy making little things for the baby. Remember the better you eat now the better it will all go along with the pregnancy. Wishing you the best.
